This deposit confirms intent to attend and initiates registration. It is not a payment plan and does not lock in pricing.
After checkout, you will be contacted to confirm availability for your selected retreat date and to complete payment.

How to select your retreat date
At checkout, enter your preferred retreat date in the order notes.
Example:
“June 24–28, 2026”
If your selected date is unavailable, you will be contacted to choose an alternate date or receive a refund of the deposit.
Pricing and payment terms (read carefully)
• This deposit secures a spot, not a price
• The total retreat price is determined by the current listed price at the time the remaining balance is paid
• If the retreat price increases between your deposit date and final payment, your remaining balance will increase accordingly
• The remaining balance may be paid at any time after deposit
• The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the retreat start date
• Failure to complete payment by this deadline results in forfeiture of the deposit and release of the spot
There are no price locks associated with this deposit.
